Arrow Board Light Requirements
15 or 25 lights...what does your state require?
Flashing Arrow Boards are used on vehicles in mobile operations, and placed at the beginning of lane closure tapers. Every state is different when it comes to the number of lamp requirements neccessary on your arrow board. Some states are 15, some are 25. At Royal, our mission is to deliver the industry's best trucks and customer service possible...and that all starts with learning about every state's regulations so we can build your legal truck!
The Royal Truck and Equipment Arrow Board sign is 96"x48, and has become a standard add-on feature for most of our customers.
Arrow Boards are additional advance warning traffic control devices used where a lane(s) is closed and traffic must merge with other traffic in an adjacent lane. More and more TMA Trucks are adding on the additional safety feature of an arrow board due to the increased worker protection it brings to their work zones.
